01. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the Timora Chrome extension ("Extension") or visiting this website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Extension or Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify portions of these Terms of Service at any time. If we do this, we will post the changes on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Extension after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
02. User Accounts
Registration
Timora is a local-first extension. All your data — timers, tasks, settings, and statistics — is stored entirely on your device. No account registration is required to use the core features of the Extension.
Security
Because all data resides locally in your browser, you are responsible for the security of your device and browser profile. Uninstalling the Extension will permanently delete all locally stored data.
03. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- check_circle Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Extension or Service in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated "scraping" or reverse engineering beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
- check_circle Modifying or creating derivative works based on the Extension for commercial redistribution without prior written permission from Timora.
- check_circle Using the Extension in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or the Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies.
04. Intellectual Property
The Extension and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Timora and its contributors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Timora.
"Timora" and the Timora logo are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Pomodoro® and Pomodoro Technique® are registered trademarks of Francesco Cirillo. Timora is not affiliated with Francesco Cirillo. All rights reserved.
05. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Timora, nor its contributors, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, productivity, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Extension or Service.
Your use of the Extension is at your sole risk. The Extension is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
